Injured Coyote in DTC

I came across this poor critter as I was doing some competitive running training:

After I put away the camera, a family filled car pulled up, stopped abruptly and the man driving yelled, "Do you want to get in the car? There's a wolf in the area!!" I politely declined, informed him it was a coyote with a bad back leg. People's perceptions can be very entertaining!
