Master Cleanse

Over the next 2 weeks I'll be "cleansing" with about 5 ingredients:
water
maple syrup
lemon juice
cayenne pepper
sea salt
 
I'm sitting here in front of 1 quart of water with 2 teaspoons of sea salt contemplating the wisdom in this undertaking.
Downstairs in the fridge I have 2 gallons of a mixture of water, lemon juice, and maple syrup ready to mix w/ cayenne. This will be breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I weigh 265.5 pounds. By the time this is over I should be under 250.
Tax season should be done and I should have plenty of time to get back into activity again.
Sea salt water is nasty. Those last couple of gulps almost came back up. Maybe I'll wait until lunch to have any lemonade.
 
Time to go cleanse the outside.
